Beautiful quiet close to all the beauty Positive: Location, amenities, pol, beach toys, ability to walk to busy resort if desired for food. Negative: No just some maintenance stuff as mentioned

The owner was very responsive when we reached out Positive: Location- steps away from beach Negative: Pools were extremely cold

Perfect family getaway Positive: Amazing location right in the beach. Pool and beach were almost always empty. The apartment also came with beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella. If you want food or something more lively walk 5-10 minutes to the hotel restaurants and bars. Perfect set up for a family! Very attentive host

Positive: We have stayed at both the Hotel with our time share and this Luxury 2 Bedroom. It's not any sort of comparison when comparing the two. Granted the Luxury 2 bedroom is more in gross price per night but net per night comes out far more reasonable give the square footage alone and this particular host and his home is amazing. If you're used to a luxury fit and finish in your current home OR you are treating the family this place is awesome. You have a private gated parking lot included, luxury kitchen with seating for 6 at the island alone, amazing bathrooms, private laundry inside the home, twin balcony's with views forever, direct beachfront, three pools, a hot tub and you still have access to the spa, restaurants, etc next door at the hotel. Honestly either is a great choice but as our kids get older and need their own space it would be hard to go back to the hotel once you've stayed here.
